With 15 years of experience in the fitness world, I’ve learned that every body is unique. My training programmes focus on helping you move better, feel stronger, and live healthier—no matter your age or fitness level. I combine my background in professional dance with the latest in exercise science to create plans that fit your lifestyle and goals.

Most of my clients come to me with challenges like limited mobility, joint pain, or conditions like osteoporosis. Together, we work on building lifelong habits that improve your overall health and well-being. One of my favorite success stories? Helping a 72-year-old client become stronger and fitter than they ever imagined!
