Cancellation Policy

We aim to make the booking process as seamless as possible while maintaining fairness for all clients and team members. Please review the following policies before scheduling your session: Booking Guidelines Earliest Booking: Sessions can be booked up to 2 weeks in advance of the scheduled start time. Latest Booking: Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time to ensure availability and preparation. Participant Limit: A maximum of 2 participants are allowed per booking. If additional participants are required, please contact us directly. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy Clients have the flexibility to manage their bookings online through their accounts. You can cancel or reschedule your session as follows: Free Cancellation Window Timeframe: More than 24 hours before the session start time. Fee: £0 (No charge). Action: Full refund or no penalty for cancellations. Rescheduling is free. Paid Cancellation Window Timeframe: Between 24 hours and 1 hour before the session start time. Fee: 50% of the session price. Action: Half of the session price will be retained as a cancellation fee. Rescheduling is not available in this window. Late Cancellation Window Timeframe: Less than 1 hour before the session start time or no-shows. Fee: 100% of the session price. Action: Full session price will be retained as a cancellation fee. Rescheduling is not permitted in this timeframe. Exceptions: Fees are not applied to sessions paid for with plans, free sessions, or promotional offers. Important Notes Clients are encouraged to cancel or reschedule as early as possible to avoid fees and allow others to book available slots. Failure to attend a session without prior cancellation (no-show) will result in a 100% charge of the session price. By booking a session, you agree to these policies.
